Provisional Friday Prayers Imam of Tehran considered broad presence of people in election as an effective means to dismantle enemies' plots, inviting people of all walks of life to participate in parliament and Leadership Experts Assembly elections.
'The Iranian nation should beware that the elections time is approaching and the Moses of our time, that is to say His Eminence the Supreme Leader of Revolution, has noticed a movement by the country's enemy which necessitates the participation of people, regardless of differences of opinion, at the election boxes,' said Ayatollah Mohammad Emami-Kashani.
'Participate in February 26 elections regardless of every other concern and any difference of opinion, as this will push the enemy back,' he said, adding that we will vote for those who do believe in the Moses of our time and the leadership of the supreme source of jurisprudence (Velayat-e-Faqih) rule.
The Tehran Friday preacher of this week further reiterated that by grace of God this election scene and the like will play an effective role in strengthening 'the pillars of this divine political system.'
He said that voting is a duty today as anyone who will look at this system and this Islamic country will realize the plots hatched against it abroad and then he or she will not allow himself, or herself to sit at home on elections day, since otherwise he or she will not be regarded as a pious Muslim, or at least should doubt it.
